Managed Rooms
Here at 'Sizzling Chat' you have the option of managing a room of your very own.
The purchase of a manged room includes as follows:
Main Rooms
- mod rights for your room ONLY.
- 1 additional moderator of your choosing for your room only*
*additional moderators rights may be purchased for $10.00 per mod, for the term of the managed room and renewal on the anniversary
date of the managed room.
- room name of your choosing
- room design
- 20 pulldowns of your choosing
- A site message board for your room
-Currently we can give you a total of 7mb's disk space for avi storage,
accessible via our browser based custom "Site Master" file manager program
-Room owners have secure access via Site Master to enable them to edit backgrounds; text size, type and color, and change images on the room entrance and the frames within the room.
The cost** for a Managed Room is:
- 3 months - = $17.50
- 6 months - = $30.00
- 1 year ----- = $50.00
Sub rooms
-1 mod
-10 pulldowns
-linked from an existing room on the userlist.
The cost** for this:
- $30.00 for a year. {sub-rooms are only an available addition to a room purchased on a yearly basis}
There is a set room limit of 25 people, for both Managed Rooms and Sub rooms, excluding registered members and/or moderators.
You do not need to purchase a membership in addition to the costs above. No hidden costs with us. ~S~
**Any changes to a Managed Room or Sub room after the intital room set up that requires admin assistance, IE: room name, pulldowns, password changes, will require a $10.00 prepaid administration fee for each item. If a room owner wants the entire room changed and/or moved to another section on the site, it will be necessary to purchase a new managed room at the price indicated above.
A reconnection fee/late payment fee of $10.00 will be added to the cost of a Managed Room that becomes past due.

Absolutely NO refunds or transfers of managed rooms will be processed nor memberships!

The owner of Sizzling Chat reserves the right to close any managed room that remains inactive for of a period no less than 90 days.
The owner of Sizzling Chat reserves the right to refuse the purchase of a managed room, and or renewal of a managed room or sub room at her discretion.
