This tutorial explains the 3 steps that a registered user should follow to successfully log in. 1.) When you come to the first login screen, referenced below, click on "Registered User Login?" Move your mouse over login and click it!
2.) That will bring up your Registered User login screen, see below image. Key your registered name in exacly how it was emailed back to you, key in your password exacly how it came back to you, dots will come up instead of letters. This is supposed to happen! When complete click on "login".
3.) This will bring you back to the original login screen. The final step is to enter your name again in the field labeled "Screen Name". Then enter the room, making sure you enter with your registered id and that you have a "registered symbol" next to your id.
